Public libraries

Richmond and Henrico public libraries will be closed Monday, Dec. 31, and Tuesday, Jan. 1.

Chesterfield public libraries will close at 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec 31, and will reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 2.

Garbage and recycling collection

No trash or recycling collection on Tuesday, Jan. 1. The collection schedule will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

U.S. Postal Service

No regular mail delivery on Tuesday, Jan. 1.

Department of Motor Vehicles customer service centers

DMV offices will be closed Monday, Dec 31, and Tuesday, Jan. 1.
