City and state courts: Closed Monday, July 4.
DMV: Customer service centers closed Monday, July 4.
Public libraries: Closed Monday, July 4. Broad Rock Library also closed Sunday, July 3.
Parking: Meters will not be enforced Monday, July 4.
Trash: Richmond and Henrico collection and transfer stations and landfills will be closed Monday, July 4. Richmond and Central Virginia Waste Management Authority pickups will be delayed one day.
GRTC: Buses will run on a Saturday schedule Monday, July 4.
Banks: Most are closed Monday, July 4.
ABC stores: Close at 6 p.m. Monday, July 4.
Shopping malls: Open.
