Work to start Sept. 6 on Belmont Road roundabout

Work is to begin Tuesday, Sept. 6, on a new $700,000 traffic
roundabout to be installed at the intersections of Belmont, South
Belmont and West Belmont roads in South Side.
The overhaul of the intersection is expected to take up to
four months, according to the Richmond Department of Public
Works.
The project is to include installation of pedestrian crosswalk
markings, handicap ramps and new signage, the department
stated.
