Two recipients, Joi Green, who is attending Virginia Union

& Stratton College, are each to receive a $2,000 scholarship

Recipients in good standing can re-apply each year, RBHC

The scholarships honor RBHC co-founders Carter McDowell

and the late Mary Tyler McClenahan.
