RRHA still working to resolve heating problems

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority is moving closer to having working heat in every apartment.
As of March 29, the heat wasn’t working in one apartment and partially out in seven others, RRHA officials reported Monday. The authority supplied space heaters to residents to help them stay warm during the current cold snap.
