It’s never too hot for jazz and other types of good music. That’s something the people who attended the 12th annual Richmond Jazz and Music Festival already know. They came to get down and they did, to the sounds of rapper Ludadris, the jazz tones of Najee, Gregory Porter and Kevin Robinson, among others.
