CarMax Park job fair to connect employers with local job seekers

J&G Workforce Development, in collaboration with the City of Richmond Office of Community Wealth Building and Gilbane, hosts the CarMax Park Job and Resource Exhibition on Nov. 1. This event offers a chance to engage with the historic CarMax Park development, which will become the future home of the Richmond Flying Squirrels.
Scheduled from noon. to 4 p.m. at 1500 E. Main St., the exhibition will feature more than 20 contractors and employers, providing a range of job opportunities and training programs. The event is open to individuals at all experience levels, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking employment or professional development. Attendees can also enjoy food, music and learn more about the CarMax Park project while networking with potential employers.
Starting wages for available positions begin at $16.85.
