New Richmond teachers read through essential paperwork as they get ready for their debut in city classrooms. They were taking part in a four-day institute designed to prepare them for the start of classes next Tuesday, Sept. 2. Location: Richmond Community High School. More than 200 new instructors took part in the workshops and other sessions focusing on classroom organization and management, relationships and quality instruction.
