From shorts and tank tops to raincoats and umbrellas. Just like that, summer’s gone and the hurricane season arrives full throttle. While Richmond was fortunate to escape the wrath that Hurricane Ian recently spewed in Florida, South Caro- lina and other states, we had our share of rain after several months of sunshine.
