VCU President Michael Rao, Ph.D., told the graduates that they were poised to make a major impact on the world. “Our world and our society are in a time of tremendous change, but times of change are really opportunities,” President Rao said. “This is your chance to really reimagine the world — what we want it to look like and how we get there.”
