City of Richmond Chief Administrative Officer Lincoln Saunders, Mayor Levar M. Stoney,
Parks and Recreation Director Chris Frelke and Councilwoman Katherine Jordan, 2nd District,
unveil a new sign at the former Bon Secours Training Center, now Midtown Green and head-
quarters for the City Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities. The space,
formerly used by the former Washington NFL team for summer training camps, will host public
events, including a football game between Richmond High School for the Arts and John Marshall
High on Sept. 6.
