
Lighting the way for healing and change-In Richmond, the Drums No Guns Foundation recently celebrated a $96,638 Health Equity Fund grant from the Richmond and Henrico Public Health Foundation to support youth mental and behavioral health in schools affected by community violence. The year-long project, led by Ram Bhagat and coordinated by Kiran Bhagat, brings restorative justice practices to Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School, in collaboration with community-based educators, artists and public health partners.
