Cityscape Slices of life and scenes in Richmond-On a cold Thursday evening in Richmond, a small group of residents and city leaders gathered to honor victims of traffic fatalities and reflect on the lives left behind. Bike Walk RVA’s vigil at 6 p.m. Jan. 29 drew a few dozen community members, some holding candles and signs in remembrance of loved ones lost. The vigil concluded with remarks from Cathy Fleming, who shared the story of her daughter, Lauren Mychelle Jones, who was killed Nov. 29 after being struck by a vehicle on West Carnation Street.
