Cedar Street Baptist Church hosts community memorial- The vocal group Serenity performs during the memorial service. A few dozen Richmond residents, many wearing purple or displaying purple flowers or ribbons, filled Cedar Street Baptist Church on Thursday, Oct. 23 for YWCA Richmond’s Remember My Name memorial.
