A new era for arts education in Richmond is taking shape along Midlothian Turnpike. Construction is underway on the $140 million Richmond High School for the Arts, a facility designed to serve about 1,800 students. The school will offer specialized spaces for dance, music, video production and other creative programs, giving students modern tools to develop their talents.Officials say the project is on track for completion in winter 2026.
