About 1,100 families patiently stood in line at the Richmond Raceway for Operation Harvest, the annual Thanksgiving food distribution project hosted by The Saint Paul’s Baptist Church and supported by 30 partners. This year’s distribution took place at the Richmond Raceway on Nov. 17.
