Harry Potter would have been pleased Tuesday evening had the beloved character happened upon the Science Museum of Virginia yesterday where U.S. Rep. Jennifer McClellan’s hosted her 16th Annual Community Harvest Festival.
From 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Halloween, Rep. McClellan met and mingled with guests that ranged from first responders and elected officials to children of all ages. Almost everyone got the memo to wear a costume befitting their innerselves, hence the attire of Rep. McClellan and her daughter, Samantha, who dressed as “Harry Potter” characters.
