Ninety-four candidates from 48 countries were sworn in by The Honorable Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit as newly naturalized citizens during a ceremony held on July 4 at Virginia Museum of History and Culture. The event was held in partnership with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
