Community efforts bring warmth to students-Community groups and organizations stepped in last week to help Richmond students stay warm as colder weather sets in, with two separate coat distribution effort reaching hundreds of children. more than 100 coats, with an additional 20 donated by
Brothers and Sisters Combined Professional Firefighters Inc.
The coats were delivered Dec. 12 and will be distributed
