Holiday magic lights up the James River-
The Richmond Boat Parade of Lights returned Saturday, Dec. 13 starting at 5 p.m. from Rocketts Landing and cruising downriver to Osborne
Park & Boat Landing near The Lilly Pad restaurant around 7 p.m. Hundreds watched along the river and at popular viewing spots like Libby Hill
and Osborne Park. Several brightly lit boats make their way down the James River, their colorful lights reflecting in the water. Boats decorated
