Edwin Gutierrez, a native of El Salvador, receives his U.S. citizenship during a naturalization ceremony at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture on Friday, July 4. The ceremony was led by the Hon. Roger L. Gregory, chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
