Richmond residents Alexis Fryar and Kathryn Settle contribute to a community mural at the
intersection of Hermitage and Laburnum during a volunteer paint day. The collaborative artwork
is part of a traffic calming initiative aimed at enhancing pedestrian and cyclist safety in the area
surrounding Linwood Holton Elementary School.
