Mayor Danny Avula, city officials, Council members and hundreds of Richmond residents gather for the ribbon-cutting of the Southside Community Center on Thursday, March 20. Following the ceremony, guests toured the facility, which includes a gymnasium, an indoor walking track, a boxing studio, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, meeting space, a teaching kitchen, classrooms, dance studios and an outdoor garden.
