CITYSCAPE // Remember the burst of warmth in January?

Good news. The February thaw is about to begin. It won’t be as warm as January, but the 10-day forecast shows temperatures rising starting this weekend. The high could hit 65 on Sunday, with rain. High temperatures are predicted to be mostly in the upper 50s next week, with lows in the 30s.
