Team Loaded Foundation’s fourth grade 10U Youth Travel League plays in a short scrimmage against Gates during halftime of the final game of the Coaches for the Cure Basketball Showcase. Many of the players from the John Marshall High School Basketball Team, which competed in the showcase, started in this league.

The Henrico & Virginia Sports Hall of Fame marked the 50th anniversary of Arthur Ashe’s Wimbledon win with a mural unveiling at the Henrico Sports & Events Center on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m. The tribute vividly portrays Ashe’s journey from his Richmond beginnings to becoming a global tennis icon. Members of the Ashe family attended along with Henrico County officials and others.
