Richmond Public Schools marked a milestone in rebuilding William Fox Elementary School on Jan. 10 with a ceremonial topping off of the building’s cupola. Superintendent Jason Kamras, Chief Operations Officer Dana Fox, elected officials, students and families gathered to witness the dome placement, which began about 11 a.m. and concluded at 1 p.m. The school is scheduled to reopen this fall.
