Virginia Commonwealth University’s Treveon Graham is under the spotlight this week.

The 6-foot-6, All-Atlantic 10 forward from Temple Hills, Md., was invited to participate in the NBA’s Pre-Draft Combine May 14 through16 in Chicago.

He is one of 60 college players who will be scrutinized at the annual camp.

The NBA draft will be June 25.

Graham is the only player in Rams history with more than 1,800 points, 800 rebounds and 200 three-point connections. In four seasons at VCU, he participated in 108 victories and four NCAA tournaments.

Some mock NBA drafts have projected that Graham will be a late, second round selection.

Other VCU players invited to the pre-draft in recent years were Eric Maynor and Larry Sanders, both of whom became first round draft selections.

VCU has one former team member who currently plays in the NBA. That player is Troy Daniels of the Charlotte Hornets. — Fred Jeter
